Ground delivery times are generally 3 to 7 business days from the day an order is shipped. All orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 48 hours, unless otherwise instructed. All orders received after 2:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped the next business day.

Next Day Air early morning: Delivery by 10:00 AM next business day;
Next Day Air: Delivery by 3:30 PM next business day;
Second Day Air: Delivery second business day;
Three Day Select: Afternoon delivery 3rd business day.

  • There will be an additional charge for all other shipping options.
  • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is available for an additional cost.
  • Saturday delivery for most locations is available for an additional cost.

Order Processing

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, money orders and C.O.D. with a certified company check. Credit cards will be charged within 48 hours of receipt of orders. Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you either by phone or email.


Back Orders

Every attempt will be made to maintain inventory of each product we offer but occasionally we may run out of certain models. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email with up-to-date delivery information.


Returns

Pacific Link Trade USA, Inc. guarantees that it will replace any merchandise failure due to defects in material and/or workmanship, free of charge for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

  1. All returns must be in full dozens and in its original packaging.
  2. This guarantee does not apply to special orders or promotional items.
  3. We must be notified by email at infopacificlink@windstream.net within thirty (30) days of the ship date to initiate your return.
  4. A Pacific Link Trade USA, Inc. representative must issue a Return Authorization number. A return shipment without our authorization will be refused.
  5. After the merchandise is received, it will be processed and a refund issued within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
